What Does Refill Mean in a Social Engagement Package?

Refill is a service provider's response to an eligible drop in a delivered metric. It is not the same as a refund, and it is not a guarantee that the metric will never decrease.

The exact coverage depends on the package. Before ordering, check whether refill is included, when coverage begins, how a qualifying drop is measured and which conditions can end eligibility.

This article explains the terminology and summarises TokBoosting's published approach. The Delivery and Refill Policy, the selected package and the applicable order conditions should be reviewed together.

Refill, retention and refunds are different

TermWhat it describes
RetentionWhether the delivered metric remains over time
RefillA process for addressing a qualifying drop under stated conditions
RefundA payment remedy assessed under refund conditions

A package can include refill without promising permanent retention. Likewise, a drop does not automatically create a right to a cash refund under a provider's published offer. Review the applicable conditions and any rights that apply to your purchase.

Which TokBoosting packages include refill?

TokBoosting's published policy describes 30-day coverage for eligible packages explicitly marked with a qualifying refill or drop-protection label before purchase. It says the coverage period begins when initial delivery is completed.

Do not assume every service or quantity includes that coverage. Read the selected package. If a promotional heading and the package description appear inconsistent, ask support to clarify before ordering.

How a target count is calculated

The policy uses the recorded initial count plus the purchased quantity to define a target refill level.

Target level = recorded initial count + purchased quantity

Here is a hypothetical example using different numbers from any actual customer order:

ItemExample value
Recorded initial count800
Purchased quantity400
Target level1,200
Later observed count1,100
Difference below the target100

The arithmetic identifies a difference of 100. It does not, on its own, establish eligibility. Support still needs to consider the coverage period, package conditions and target history.

The public counter may also change for reasons unrelated to the order. That is why the provider's recorded baseline and the order record matter when reviewing a request.

What can affect eligibility?

The published TokBoosting policy identifies several circumstances that can void coverage, including changes to privacy, changes to the target username or URL, deletion or archiving of the content, overlapping third-party orders for the same target and certain platform actions affecting the target.

Read the full policy rather than relying on a badge alone. If you need to change something during the coverage period, ask how that change will affect the order before making assumptions.

A refill arrangement also cannot guarantee a particular platform decision. It describes the provider's process for eligible cases.

How to prepare a useful request

Gather your order reference, target link and a screenshot showing the current public count. Keep the target identifiable in the screenshot and explain what you observed.

TokBoosting's policy directs customers to email support for manual review. Use the subject “Refill Request” followed by your order reference. Do not include your social account password, login codes or full card details.

The policy states that verified eligible requests move to manual refill dispatch within its published processing window. Dispatch is not necessarily completion of the entire refill quantity.

Keep the conversation tied to the existing order. Placing another order to replace the apparent deficit can make the situation harder to assess and may affect coverage.

What if refill is not possible?

The policy describes a proportional credit or partial refund in qualifying cases where a covered drop cannot be refilled because of technical platform changes. The outcome depends on the circumstances and the published terms; it should not be assumed before review.

For payment-related questions, also read the Refund Policy. Initial non-delivery, partial delivery and a later drop are different situations and may follow different processes.

Frequently asked questions

Does refill mean permanent followers or likes?

No. It describes a conditional process within a coverage period, not permanent retention.

Does the coverage start when I pay?

The published TokBoosting policy states that its eligible 30-day window begins at completion of the initial delivery. Check the selected package and current policy before ordering.

Can I request more than the purchased quantity?

Do not treat refill as a new purchase or a bonus quantity. It is assessed against the target calculation and the order conditions.

What should I compare before buying?

Compare the coverage period, eligibility, exclusions and request process. Our package comparison guide explains how refill fits into the wider offer.
