- Non-Hosting Provider: TokBoosting does not host, store, stream, or re-publish user-generated videos, images, audio files, or textual posts on its servers.
- External Target Links: All promotional orders processed through tokboosting.com involve public target URLs hosted on independent third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, or YouTube).
- Third-Party Content: If copyrighted content appears on a third-party social network, the content itself is hosted on that platform's servers. Copyright owners seeking to remove infringing media from public social media networks should contact the primary hosting platform directly.

Requirements for Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a Notice of Alleged Infringement sent to TokBoosting must be in writing and contain substantially the following information:

TokBoosting's Response Protocol to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a valid, fully compliant DMCA Notice at [email protected], TokBoosting will take the following steps:
- 1Service Block: Immediately halt active promotional dispatch and permanently blacklist the identified target URL within our internal routing systems.
- 2Order Cancellation: Terminate any active or queued orders linked to the disputed target URL.
- 3User Notification: Send a notice to the user or customer who submitted the order, including a copy of the DMCA notification and instructions on filing a Counter-Notification.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If a customer believes that a target URL was blocked or an order was canceled as a result of a mistake, misidentification, or bad-faith notice, they may file a Counter-Notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) & (3).
To file a valid Counter-Notification, you must send a written communication to [email protected] containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the target URL that was blocked or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the target URL was blocked or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or the judicial district in which your physical address is located if outside the United Kingdom), and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, TokBoosting will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the copyright holder does not file a court action seeking a restraining order within 10 to 14 business days, TokBoosting may unblock the target URL for future order processing.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, TokBoosting maintains a strict repeat infringer policy:
- Account & Target Blacklisting: Users or accounts that repeatedly submit target URLs subject to verified copyright infringement notices will have their access permanently suspended.
- Network Ban: IP addresses and associated payment details tied to repeated bad-faith submissions will be blocked across our platform infrastructure.
Misrepresentation & Bad-Faith Claims (17 U.S.C. § 512(f))
TokBoosting reserves the right to seek damages and legal costs against any party that submits malicious, competitor-targeted, or bad-faith takedown requests.
