TokBoosting provides automated digital promotional and routing services designed to increase public social media post impression and engagement counters (including public views, likes, retweets, and followers) across supported third-party networks.

• Digital Non-Tangible Goods: All services offered on TokBoosting consist of immediate, non-tangible digital delivery.
• Public Metric Amplification: Our services modify public-facing metric counters on user-designated posts or profiles. TokBoosting does not host user content, manage private account settings, or act as a social media network.
• No Account Access Required: TokBoosting processes all fulfillment externally using publicly available social media target URLs or handles.

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not barred from receiving digital services under the laws of applicable jurisdictions.
• You will use the Service strictly in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws.

To place an order with TokBoosting, you must provide a valid, public target URL or social media handle. You agree to adhere to the following operational parameters:

• Public Setting Requirement: Target social media accounts and specific posts must be set to Public prior to placing an order and must remain Public throughout the entirety of fulfillment. Switching a profile or post to "Private" mid-delivery will pause or permanently halt automated routing without refund eligibility.
• URL Accuracy: You are strictly responsible for submitting the correct target URL format (e.g., direct post link vs. general @username). TokBoosting is not responsible for orders routed to incorrect, mistyped, or unintended public targets submitted by the user.
• Zero Password Policy: TokBoosting will never request your social media password, login credentials, two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, or private recovery keys. You must never share account credentials with anyone claiming to represent TokBoosting.
• Live Content Expiration: For time-sensitive or ephemeral uploads (such as 24-hour story posts), orders must be placed immediately upon publishing to ensure fulfillment before content expiration.

• Prices & Charges: All package prices are clearly displayed prior to checkout. TokBoosting reserves the right to adjust promotional pricing at any time without prior notice.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via SSL-encrypted third-party payment gateways accepting credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, or cryptocurrencies. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
• No Recurring Subscriptions: Standard packages are single, one-time purchases unless explicitly structured as a recurring campaign under a written contract.
• Taxes & Currency Conversion: You are responsible for any foreign exchange conversion fees or local banking charges levied by your card issuer or payment provider.

Order delivery timing, refund parameters, and drop-protection coverage are governed by our dedicated policy documents, incorporated into these Terms by reference:

• Delivery Windows: Standard queue processing begins within 0 to 12 hours of order confirmation. Delivery durations vary by package size and current server network volume.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests are processed strictly according to our Refund Policy. Orders that have entered active processing or have completed fulfillment are generally non-refundable. Non-delivery beyond 72 hours from payment confirmation qualifies for a full refund to the original payment method.
• Refill Coverage: Drop protection for eligible packages is subject to the conditions outlined in our Delivery and Refill Policy. Coverage requires maintaining a public profile and submitting requests within the specified refill window (e.g., 30 days).

You agree to contact TokBoosting Support directly at [email protected] to resolve any order delays, fulfillment discrepancies, or billing questions prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, card provider, or payment gateway.

You agree not to submit target URLs or use our Service for posts or profiles that contain, promote, or encourage:

• Illegal activities, weapons, or regulated hazardous substances.
• Hate speech, violence, harassment, discrimination, or defamation.
• Non-consensual personal data, doxed materials, or intimate media.
• CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) or exploitation of minors.
• Phishing links, malware distribution, or financial scams.

TokBoosting reserves the right to cancel orders immediately without refund and report relevant data to law enforcement if an order violates this Acceptable Use Policy.

• Third-Party Intellectual Property: All logos, trademarks, and brand names displayed on this website belong to their respective registered owners.
• Compliance with Platform Terms: You acknowledge that social media networks have their own Terms of Service. You maintain full responsibility for managing your accounts and ensuring your content complies with third-party platform rules. TokBoosting bears no liability for account restrictions, content takedowns, or enforcement actions taken by social networks against your profile.

• Metric Amplification Only: TokBoosting guarantees the processing and rendering of the public metric count specified in your chosen package tier.
• No Conversion Guarantees: We do not guarantee that purchased impression metrics will result in organic fan acquisition, sales conversions, comments, "For You" page placement, or viral reach.
• Algorithm Disclaimer: Third-party platform recommendation algorithms operate independently. TokBoosting makes no representations regarding how social networks rank or distribute content.

All text, graphics, user interface designs, visual layouts, website copy, software code, and branding assets on tokboosting.com are the exclusive intellectual property of SOCIAL LEVEL LTD and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, mirror, or redistribute any site content without explicit written consent.

• "As-Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOCIAL LEVEL LTD and its directors, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, account suspension, data loss, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
• Maximum Recoverable Amount: Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to TokBoosting for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SOCIAL LEVEL LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your submission of target URLs that violate third-party rights or laws.

• Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Informal Resolution First: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending written notice to [email protected].
• Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings or disputes that cannot be settled informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
